Our story began a new chapter in January of 2026 when our founder Monty Crouse decided to retire and sold the company to his longtime friends Desmond and Shannon Creighton. This popular couple is well known and highly respected for their outstanding company, Prescott Valley Transmissions. They will continue in the spirit and customer service culture fostered by Monty, but they’ll also bring their energy and commitment to providing hassle-free auto repairs to the Advanced Auto & Air location.

Desmond is a passionate automotive and transmission technician who, with Shannon at his side, has built Prescott Valley Transmissions from the ground up. Since 2010, the company has been proudly serving the communities of Prescott Valley, Dewey, Mayer, Prescott, Chino Valley, Quad Cities, Verde Valley, Cottonwood, Jerome, and Clarksdale.

You can expect the same friendly service and professional automotive service from both companies. Both shops feature spacious, state-of-the-art equipment, service bays, and luxurious waiting rooms with a comfortable atmosphere complete with an aquarium, coffee, and Wi-Fi.
